The art of rum since 1765
The craftsmanship (for more than 250 years) and expertise of the exceptional Saint James rums is regularly rewarded with medals at international competitions. The AOC label (Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée) for these agricultural rums emphasises the quality of the product. The basis of these rums is sugar cane that is pressed as soon as possible after harvesting. The sugar cane juice is then heated and distilled in copper alembic stills. This production method, typical of the Antilles, imparts aromatic notes and fruity flavours to the Saint James rum. The Saint James product range consists of rums that are ideal to serve as a basis for mixes and cocktails and aged rums that are best drunk neat.
