Maison Gautier started with the royal warrant and founding charter signed by King Louis XV in 1755. Its rich history has thus led to a unique character and solid expertise. The cognac is aged slowly in the cellars of Maison Gautier. These cellars are located directly below the Osme River, which provides the natural humidity that cognac needs during maturation.

Gautier XO is a powerful blend of aged ‘aux-de-vie’, some of which come from the “Paradise Cellar”, where the oldest & most prestigious ‘aux-de-vie’ Cognac is stored. XO is rich in the mouth and lingers on the palate for a long time, making it a distinctive old cognac.
